Water Rates and Fee Schedule

Resolution #16-2022 — 2022-08-08

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook provides water at posted rates to its customers
  • Village Code Section 195-26 allows the board to adopt a Fee Schedule for water rates
  • the Village board desires to codify our current rate schedule with some adjustments

RESOLVED

  • the Village Board hereby adopts the attached Schedule of Rates dated August 8, 2022, to be the current water rates
