Transfer Funds to Reserve Accounts

Resolution #16-2016 — 2016-06-13

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook authorizes funds drawn from General Fund to reserve funds at M&T Bank in the amount of $10,000 ($2,500.00 each for 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 budgets for Police Vehicle & Equipment Reserve and Highway Reserve)
  • the Village of Red Hook authorizes funds drawn from the Water Fund to a reserve fund at M&T Bank in the amount of $50,000 ($25,000.00 each for 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 budgets for Water Equipment Reserve)

RESOLVED

  • the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook approves the transfer from General and Water Funds to M&T Reserve funds totaling $60,000.00
