WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook duly advertised and received bids on February 26, 2021 for the Village of Red Hook Sewer Project-Electrical Contract
  • said bids were opened and recorded at 2 pm on February 26, then reviewed by the Village Engineer C.T. Male Associates
  • the Village of Red Hook acknowledges Sausto Contracting as qualified low bidder and the Engineer has reviewed the bids for accuracy and affirms that Sausto Contracting is a firm known by them to be responsible and capable of doing this job
  • The Village of Red Hook offers and awards the Electrical Contract to Sausto Contracting based on their bid document
