Phase I Water – Resolution of Completion

Resolution #14-2014 — 2014-07-14

WHEREAS

  • the final construction work of USDA-RD Water Improvement Phase I is physically complete
  • the three contractors operated under separate contracts - Contract 1 for the General /Prime Contractor (Trinity Construction Inc.); Contract 1E Prime Electrical Contractor (Whalen Electric LLC); Contract 2 was for National Metering Services, Inc.
  • the work has been performed and completed with no disputes in the past or pending
  • the construction work is completed and ready for final payment

RESOLVED

  • the Village Board of the Village of Red Hook hereby accepts that work of Phase I Water Improvement as complete and therefore authorizes its Mayor, engineers and financial staff to complete the appropriate forms and paperwork to move toward a closing with the USDA-RD and EFC
