Sewer Bond Resolution

Resolution #12-2016 — 2016-06-13

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook intends to continue its search for funding sources for the municipal sewer project and intends to apply to any and all sources, including USDA-RD and NYS EFC, for grant money for the Red Hook Sewer Project, as per Preliminary Engineering report
  • the process involves review and signature of documents to pursue the application for the preliminary funding determination
  • by municipal law the Mayor has executive authority

RESOLVED

  • Mayor Ed Blundell is fully authorized to complete and sign requisite grant application documents as necessary to complete applications and other paperwork
