RESOLVED

  • Amend Article V – Section 195-26 of the Village Code to adopt new water usage fees and rate schedule, establishing a $69.00 minimum charge/base usage, $59.00 senior citizens rate, and tiered per-gallon charges of $0.002850, $0.003750, and $0.004750 for usage over base and subsequent tiers.
