WHEREAS

  • The Village of Red Hook passed the enabling local law to allow a tax cap over­ride
  • the final version of the budget has remained within the 0.12 % tax cap
  • we need to rescind the over­ride law, passed in 2016

RESOLVED

  • the Village of Red Hook herein votes to rescind the tax cap over­ride law passed in 2016
