If videoconferencing is needed because of extraordinary circumstances a Zoom link will be provided for those who request it from the Village Clerk by 4PM on the date of the meeting (845-758-1081, jcavanaugh@redhookvillage.gov,
info@redhookvillage.gov). Workshop meetings are not typically hybrid. If a member is unable to be physically present at the designated public meeting location and wishes to participate by videoconferencing from a private location due to extraordinary circumstance the Village Clerk will issue public notice that the Zoom link will be available.
