PLANNING BOARD MEETING
February 13, 2020
Present: Chair Beth Pagano, Co-Chair David Pearson; Member Don Hanson and Member Ray Towle
Absent: Member Steve Zacharzuk
Chair Pagano opened the February 13, 2020 Planning Board meeting at 7:00pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chair Pagano made a motion to accept and approve the Planning Board minutes, with amendments, dated January 9, 2020. Motion seconded by Member Hanson. All in favor.

Tax Parcel ID #6272-10-433677 Public Hearing
Chair Pagano advised that an email was received from Mark Graminski, P.E. L.S, as representative for applicant, dated February 13, 2020 asking for the Minor Subdivision Application and Public Hearing to be tabled to the March 12, 2020 Planning Board Meeting. Copy of letter is on file with the Building Department.
Chair Pagano made a motion to approve the request to table the Minor Subdivision Application and Public Hearing for the Mid-
Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union with property located at 7468-7476 South Broadway and listed under Tax Parcel ID 6272-10-433677 to the March 12, 2020 Planning Board Meeting. Motion seconded by Member Pearson. All in favor.
Chair Pagano advised that the next planning board meeting will be held on March 12, 2020 at 7:00pm.
Chair Pagano made a motion to close the February 13, 2020 Planning Board meeting at 7:05pm. Motion seconded by Member Towle. All in favor.
