PLANNING BOARD MEETING

Present: Co-Chair David Pearson; Member Don Hanson and Member Ray Towle
Absent: Chair Beth Pagano and Member Steve Zacharzuk
Co-Chair Pearson opened the January 9, 2020 Planning Board meeting at 7:00pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Co-Chair Pearson made a motion to accept and approve the Planning Board minutes dated December 12,
- Motion seconded by Member Hanson. All in favor.

Tax Parcel ID #6272-10-433677 Public Hearing
Co-Chair Pearson advised that an email was received from Mark Graminski, P.E. L.S, as representative for applicant, dated January 8, 2020 asking for the Minor Subdivision Application and Public Hearing be tabled to the February 13, 2020 Planning Board Meeting. Copy of letter is on file with the Building Department.
Co-Chair Pearson made a motion to approve the request to table the
Minor Subdivision Application and Public Hearing for the MidHudson Valley Federal Credit Union with property located at 7468-7476 South Broadway and listed under Tax Parcel ID 6272-10-433677 to the February 13, 2020 Planning Board Meeting. Motion seconded by Member Towle. All in favor.
Co-Chair Pearson made a motion to close the January 9, 2020 Planning Board meeting at 7:05pm. Motion seconded by Member Towle. All in favor.
