Village of Red Hook Events Committee Report

Red Hook Youth Pride Parade group is working with the Red Hook Community Center for the insurance coverage. Youth are organizers and staffing for the event. RHCC will be tabling and other local organizations will get invitations by email.
The Certificate of Insurance (COI) has been received via email.
Parade lineup location has been secured with the RHCSD by Amy to be at Linden Avenue Middle School (LAMS) in the circular driveway. Parking is available at the other lots associated with LAMS.
The Parade will kickoff at 11:30am on Sunday, June 7.
