Village of Red Hook Mayor’s Report November 2023
POLICE REPORT & LAW ENFORCEMENT:

FIRE DEPARTMENT:
Incident report – Aug & Sep attached.
PERSONNEL/PAYROLL: ADP Timekeep – all hourly employees are now using both the ADP Timekeep punch clock and the physical timecard systems to continue to work out the kinks.
Currently, the Highway Dept & Village employee pay weeks end on Friday, the Police Dept ends on Thursday. With Board approval, pay weeks to be shifted to all end on a Thursday starting with the pay week ending Dec. 21. The timing of the distribution of paychecks will remain the same. Payroll submitted to ADP on Monday, pay available on Wednesday.
